Hello beautiful Steemit community, I hope you are very well.
Today I come to participate in the beautiful contest created by @knopka145, This is my first post on this contest. I will share with you about the Papaya Plant.
Papaya is a beneficial fruit it contains lot's of vitamins vitamin A, magnesium, copper, pantothenic acid, fiber it also have B vitamins, alpha and beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, vitamin K and many others. Papaya has lot's of health benefits including asthma prevention and even anti-cancer properties.Zeaxanthin, an antioxidant found in papaya it filters out harmful blue light rays.
Me and my father make this garden beside our pond . We cultivate fish in the pond. SO i thought we can grow vegetables beside this pond most of the people not do that but it helps our family to save some money and eat medicine less vegetables. I think it very good idea and I am thinking to make more vegetables besides our pond.
