Steem Plants Contest Week #8: ""Aratilis Tree" or Manzanitas

Good day to all steemians

This is an Aratilis tree known here in our country as manzanitas, when I was young we picked the manzanitas fruit and feed to animals because by that time we don't know yet the uses and benefits of this tree.

In our backyard there are manzanitas plant or aratilis fruit tree. This tree grows anywhere and everywhere here in the country. This tree is very useful and effective for healing pains and illnesses.

Aratilis fruits has many uses it is known of it's anti bacterial and inflammatory properties

1.)Anti - oxidant properties: That may protect our cells against from free radicals molecules produced when the body breaks down.

2). Reduces blood pressure: The tea of aratilis fruit can have a large amount of nitric oxide that help relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow smoothly in the body.

3.) Gout deliver: Eating at least 9-12 aratilis fruits in a day can give the person suffering from gout a great relief.

4.) Useful for the brain: This fruit contains a lot of flavonoids which according to the research it
helps in the development and proper function of the brain.

5.) Also known as Pain blocker: Tea of this aratilis is also good in blocking pain receptors and relieving pains.

Aratilis plant has many uses the bark the leaves and the flowers. The essence of the aratilis leaves and flowers are extracted so that it can be used as an emollient for abdominal cramps and other body aches.

There are many health benefits which we can get from this Aratilis tree. Many of us here in our country ignore this very miraculous fruit. Now since we know the benefits of this Aratilis especially it's fruits do not hesitate now to pick some fruits and always remember that this is very helpful for our health.
