I meet the girl in Prothsahan cultural competition. Prothsahan is an annual fest for the kids from the underprivileged families. These kids generally studies in Night school or Street schools being run by Non Government Organizations (NGOs).

However, these night schools or street schools generally runs over donation or aid and doesn't have the financial or infrastructure support to organize fest or Annual day.

An NGO named Educare organize an inter-school competition between kids from these non mainstream schools. That inter school competition is Prothsahan. Every year I join Prothsahan Kolkata chapter as a volunteer.

In 2020, Prothsahan was not organized due to pandemic. The kids, as well as we the volunteers are waiting for Prothsahan 2021.
