Competition "Kids of the world" by @olesia & @soulwind | One day at Science City Kolkata with READS children

Hello to my fellow Steemitians !! I like to share few photographs of the children when we visited Science City, a knowledge park in Kolkata, India.

As a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, my employer company is supporting an NGO name READS (Rajabazar Education And Development Society). This organization support children from Lesser Privileged families.

We used to visit the NGO once every week and support the children in mathematics, spoken english, basic computer.

The organization once planned for an day-out for the kids in Science City. We gladly accepted to volunteer in this program.

On the day, we all reached the NGO premises by 7am. Kids were super-exited. They were wearing their best dress. Then we board our reserved bus along with the children. We distributed breakfast packet that contains veg sandwiches, cake-slice, banana, boiled-egg and fruit juices.

We reached the venue in 30mins. We grouped the children in a group of 5, accompanied by 2 volunteers.

We spent the entire day in the Science City. We enjoyed the dinosaur park, the space theater, the aquarium, the musical fountain. Kids loved the 3D show the most. Picture 1 is clicked when we are in the 3D show.

The inner children within the volunteers came out. The day was very well spent.
