Hola a todos en esta hermosa comunidad, es un placer para mi escribir para ustedes, vi este hermoso concurso impulsado por @knopka145 y me gusto mucho la idea de participar.

¿Parece un árbol de navidad verdad? Es mi matica de ají de la abundancia, la llamo así ya que ella es el resultado de mi esfuerzo desde hace algunos meses donde me motive a realizar unos semilleros de ají y sembré en el patio de mi casa frijoles... Ella no es cualquier mata, es mi aliada en la cocina, amo cocinar y en mi hermoso país Venezuela el ají es uno de los ingredientes tradicionales mas utilizado en la cocina.
La razón principal es el sabor que aporta a la comida, la variedad al momento de utilizarlos tanto en colores como en sabores, mi matica de ají da como fruto unos hermosos ajíes que dejo madurar para luego utilizarlo en mis comidas para darle gusto y como decoración, se consiguen en varios colores, verde, naranja, amarillo, rojos y algunos tienen tonos morados.
Adicional, los tomo de la mata, los lavo y saco las semillas para colocarlos a secar y luego en un molino del que utilizamos para moler maíz los muelo y tengo ají en polvo :) ¡Genial! esto sirve para condimentar las carnes y le dan un todo rojo delicioso.

It is my matica de ají de la abundancia, I call it this way because it is the result of my efforts since a few months ago where I was motivated to make some seedlings of chili and planted in the backyard of my house beans ... She is not just any plant, she is my ally in the kitchen, I love cooking and in my beautiful country Venezuela the chili is one of the most used traditional ingredients in the kitchen.
The main reason is the flavor it brings to the food, the variety at the time of using them both in colors and flavors, my matica of chili gives as fruit some beautiful peppers that I let ripen and then use it in my meals to give taste and as decoration, they come in various colors, green, orange, yellow, red and some have purple tones.
In addition, I take them from the bush, wash them and take out the seeds to dry them and then in a mill that we use to grind corn I grind them and I have chili powder :) Great! this is used to season meats and give them a delicious red color.

Hola amiga saludos de nuevo por aquí. Tienes toda la razón en decir que Parece un árbol de navidad, esta linda. Me imagino que vas a recoger semilla para volver a sembrar, parece un buen ají.
