My name is Md. Rokonuzzaman Raju. I live in Jugirgofa village of Sholtaka union in Gangni upazila of Meherpur district. I have been cultivating colorful banana orchards for 4 long years.I am very good at cultivating bananas by the grace of God. I have a colorful banana garden on 1 bigha of land.HowOne bigha of land can be planted with 400 banana trees. I take care of my 1 bigha colorful banana garden.

★Rules of banana cultivation:

We can cultivate bananas in 3 seasons. Bananas are beneficial fruits. Bananas can be planted in 3 seasons of the year i.e. first Ashwin, Kartik second Magh, Falgun third Chaitra and Baishakh. Maize is good for banana cultivation. First of all, the land should be cultivated by digging well. Holes should be made 2 meters away and 7 cm in size. The holes should be made a month before planting the seedlings. One thing we have to keep in mind is that it becomes very difficult to plant this banana tree in the area where the influence of a girl is greatest. And high land is very necessary for banana cultivation because water does not accumulate in that place during monsoon. It can be done very well. Banana cultivation is very good in fertile soil but we do not always get fertile soil. So we have to make this fertile soil for banana cultivation. Yes. Then it will be possible to make more profit from banana cultivation.

When the weather is favorable, the fungus attacks Fusarium and Blast on this banana tree at the age of four to five months. Experts say that if the disease is caught first, the edges of old banana leaves turn yellow. Sometimes the banana tree bursts vertically. The banana leaf falls from the root. The banana tree is attacked and dies at one stage. There is no effect of this Panama disease. We, the banana growers, do not understand why this Panama disease is happening. We are very worried about this disease called Panama. If the seedlings are infected with this Panama disease, then the banana seedlings are delayed or the seedlings do not come. And before planting the seedlings, the roots of the seedlings should be cleaned with water mixed with fungus. Then good benefits can be obtained.

★The right way to control collar sigatoka disease:

Today I will discuss with you the correct method to control Sigatoka disease. If this Sigatoka disease attacks the banana leaf, then we will understand in the first place that small yellow spots are seen on the second and fourth leaves. Gradually the spots become bigger and turn brown. Too many spots can cause large spots and burn the leaves of the banana tree. As a result, the lower leaves of the tree become small yellow elongated or black round spots. If we don't do it, we will suffer a lot. When the leaves of the tree are damaged due to the attack of Sigatoka disease, the tree can no longer take food. Because the tree takes food from the leaves. How will the tree take food if there are no leaves. The leaves of the affected tree should be burnt. Or the leaves of that tree should be cut and put in the ground. After collecting the bananas, all the leaves should be burned. Light takes air. If we take care of it in this way, we will be able to suppress this Sigatoka disease.

★Symptoms and control of cigarette burn or cigar rot disease.

While in the cane, the fruit gets diseased before it matures. Cigarette burns appear before the banana.
