Hello everyone I hope and you are very well, today I show you this wonderful plant that I have in my home and it is nothing more and nothing less than aloe vera! Or known elsewhere as aloe vera.

This is a plant that has multiple health benefits because it is: healing, analgesic, cleansing, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, moisturizing as well as many other priorities.

Personally, I use it on my hair and skin, in addition to taking it in my daily shake with lemon!

It keeps my hair hydrated and my skin is not usually the same as before, now it is firmer, fresher and with more hydration

Some curiosities of aloe vera is that it is one of the most used plants since ancient times, it contains more than 200 nutrients, and it is an ingredient widely used in the cosmetics industry.
