‘Morning’

Many people say, ‘Morning tells you how the day will go.’ So the beginning of a beautiful morning, a great day can give a gift. Both body and mind are better if you can start the morning fresh regularly. Let's find out how to start a great morning. Here are some effective tips for browsing the internet and talking to nutritionist Akhtarunnahar Alo.
The first condition to start a good morning is to wake up early. This does not mean that you have to get up at 5 in the morning. However, it is not right to sleep after 8:30 am.

After waking up, wash your face and drink a glass of water. This will eliminate constipation. As well as the body will be fresh.
Breakfast should be taken between 8-9 am. If you can't eat breakfast because of the rush to go to the office one day, have breakfast in a tiffin box. Remember, it is not right to not eat in the morning. If the stomach is empty in the morning, various physical problems including gastric and ulcers occur. Without it, if you are on an empty stomach, you don't feel like working. There is a feeling of drowsiness in the body throughout the day.
No fried food can be kept for breakfast. Bread, bread-butter, eggs, chira etc. can be included in the breakfast menu. In addition, cornflakes, oats, etc. can be eaten in combination with milk. You can also eat fruits.

‘At noon’

The body is full of fatigue from morning to noon. I know how the village feels like a city. There is nothing here but rapid change. Houses are being built in the paddy fields, unpaved roads are being paved. Hats, schools, clothes, people's behavior - I know how to change everything.
In the scorching heat, I think more about the paintings by the art students in front of the Institute of Fine Arts than I think about them. Someone has ruined the pictures with ink. I stood in front of the school with the sun on my head for a while. I forget all the fatigue when I see the noise of the students. The first shift of the school is over. Here I studied up to fourth grade. Back then, classes were in a semi-finished house, but now the school is a two-story building. The smell of my childhood is on the ground of this school. In the aging trees around the field or in the pond next to the school. Some small faces floated in front of my eyes. Tanay, Jewel, Shantu, Shubhagat, Jaya, Mukta, Utpala, Sathi, Faisal who died suddenly and many more faces who forgot their names. Apamani, Didimani, Shah Alam Sir, Dilip Sir, how my mind became restless for these people. I do not know how they are now!
By the time the school assembly started. One came forward and began to swear, "I swear that I will always devote myself to the service of the people and be loyal to the country ...."
In this courtyard I also used to recite oaths like this. I kept walking home to match the current equation with the childhood oath. My distance from school continues to grow. The collective voices of the children rang in my ears, 'My golden Bengali, I love you ....'
How many random thoughts just burn my eyes in such a hot afternoon.

‘Afternoon’
