STEEM PLANTS CONTEST WEEK #12 MY LOVELY PANDEMIC STEEM PLANTS

Good evening fellow member of these beautiful community, this is my entry for Steem Plants Contest Week #12, initiated by our dearest @knopka145.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share great and wonderful things about plants.

This is me @jenny018 sharing my steem plants to all ☺️. Well I guess there's a good result the pandemic has cause for me because I was able to discover my love and passion for plants. Actually I love plants but it just so happen that I devoted my whole time to work and my family, and now that most of the people are working from home status, like me for more than a year working at home is a bit surprising and challenging too. Why? because after work I have to attend to my kids in their home schooling and since I have five children and four of them are in school already, I will divide my time to them equally because they need to be monitored especially that most of them are in modular distance type of learning . So to release my stress from work and from home chores and in school works too, I shifted to something that will surely make me happy and that's what I discovered about having a green thumb and the love for plants.

Well these are my few plants when the pandemic has started, I just had 4 kinds of plants they are snake plants (dwarf), anahaw (national plant of the Philippines), Red conchin an aglonaema variety and lastly the San francisco. I even made a DIY pot as shown above inorder to lessen the expenses in buying a plastic pot. It is made of used clothes and cement and improvised holder to look like a flower pot. It really helps because I was able to save money too.
Yes, I am happy having these few plants but as time goes by I starting to love and get addicted to it so instead of having few they became a crowd but I'm loving it.

I was able to discover that plants are a natural stress reliever because it really makes me happy seeing them growing strongly and beautifully everyday especially when flowers started to bloom my heart flutters. Well, these are my plants who gave and bloom beautiful flowers.

The white rose is one of my fave since I really love the color. For me it represents calmness and pureness.

This is the ground orchid, I thought it wrongly that orchids are just an air plants but they can also be a ground plants too. It so beautiful in yellow.

Calathea variety that gives wonderful purple flower, pleasing to the eye to look at.

The two succeeding pictures of flowers, is I really don't know the name but still I love them and they are very rare to bloom so I'm very thankful that somehow they showed their wonderful color.

Last one, they often call it alas nueve because the flowers bloom at 9 a.m. It has varieties of color that will surely catch one's attention it is also a hanging plant.

People says that ornamental plants are just purely home decoration but for me there's a life in plants it gives happiness and fulfillment and I'm happy to share it all with you guys because it is a self rewarding.
Emotionally and Financially it's a big help for me and my family and I even introduced some of of my plants in the marketplace in Facebook which a lot has took interest and become my customers too. Plants do help us in so many ways.
