Contest "Object of the Week" #6: Clock || Venezuela || Spanish

This clock has been at my parents' house for quite some time now. If i'm not wrong it's been here since 2005 or something, but first it was placed at the kitchen and now it's at the laundry room.

It was originally black, buy one day i went to a painting shop and asked my friend if he would like to paint it in this color (deep red) that was the same he was painting a car by the time. Well, there's the result.

It's appropiate to always have at least an analog clock at home that works on batteries, just in case the electricity on the main grid fails. You'll always have a reference on what time is it, because its power supply last far longer than a cellphone.
