My favorite food is "Khichuri and Roast Meat. Friends, Khichuri is everyone's favorite food.
This food is loved by people of almost all ages. Its taste is incomparable. Khichuri is on everyone's list of favorite food for various social or other occasions.

The rainy season is going on in our country now. And at this time I eat more khichuri rice because it is made more at home.Made instantly, and no hassle. In the rain. 20% of the time spent on making other news is spent on khichuri. So people love this khichuri more.

Khichuri and egg fry are more common in our country. In a new family home, people actually cook and eat egg fry and khichuri.
Khichuri is a very good food for children. After 6 months, children have to eat something with khichuri rice. Foam khichuri is a very nutritious food.

Khichuri is also a favorite food in various factories. Khichuri is very popular in madrasas, orphanages, old age homes etc. It is a good nutritious food at low cost so maybe people like it more.

Everything you need:

  • Rice - 1 kg

  • Lentils - 250 grams

  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic paste - half a teaspoon

  • Lach - 2/3 cinnamon - 2/3 pieces

  • Mustard oil - like quantity

  • Salt- like quantity

  • Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon

  • Chili powder- like quantity

  • Green pepper - 100 grams

  • Like water - quantity



Method:

  • Rice should be washed 3/4 times well with pure water.

  • Drain the water and spread all the ingredients well by hand and put it in the oven with the same amount of water. Shake for a while.

  • When the water is dry, boil the rice and serve it. You can keep it with patal or brinjal bhaji and bharta.
