With my boundless respect and love, I am going to start my today’s post. I always like to cook. I always try to bring something new to cooking. Which makes a little difference in taste and also gives a new cooking experience. Today I am going to share a new and different way of cooking chicken. I am sure everyone will love this recipe. Every member of my house loves this recipe of chicken cooked differently.

All the cut chicken pieces I have washed very neatly. After that, I drained all the water from those and keep aside.
Into the chicken pieces add two tablespoons of ginger paste and two tablespoons of garlic paste.

In this step, I added half a tablespoon of salt in it.
Then add a half tablespoon of turmeric powder and a half tablespoon of chili powder.

Then add half a tablespoon of cumin powder, half a tablespoon of coriander powder, and a teaspoon of black pepper powder.
With the chicken pieces mixture all the ingredients very well. I have taken care to rub this mixture well into each and every piece of chicken.

After mixing all the ingredients thoroughly, I added a tablespoon of sour curd to it.
The sour curd was also added with the mixture.

Hereafter I added a table spoon of tomato sauce to it.
After kneading the entire mixture very well, I left it to marinate for 30 minutes.

Now put a pan on the stove in medium flame.
After heating the pan well, add four tablespoons of oil.

When the oil gets hot, add 5 pieces of cardamom, four to five pieces of cloves and two medium-sized cinnamon sticks broken into small pieces.
After heating the spices well in oil, add a cup measure of chopped onion. Fry the onions very well.

I fried all the onion till the colour of those turned brown.
I added the chicken pieces along with the masala. Now grind this chicken masala mixture very well which took approx 20 minutes.

Since I will be cooking with a little gravy, I have added two cups of water.
The whole water was mixed with the chicken properly.

After giving water I covered it with a lid.
Now keep the stove on medium flame for 20 to 30 minutes and wait.

After 10 minutes I opened the lid and stirred it a little bit. Then keep it on flame.
15 to 20 minutes later removing the lid, a very nice aroma was coming from the chicken gravy. The color of the meat was also excellent.

Here I add chopped coriander leaves into the chicken gravy.
By stirring it mix all the coriander leaves into it. Keep it for two to three minutes in the oven, and later take down it.

In a white round shape bowl, I served the restaurant-style chicken gravy and garnished it with two green chili.

Making this recipe needs fewer ingredients and is appreciated as a well-balanced meal. It takes only a maximum of 30 minutes to cook and can be served in a delicious way. This meal can be eaten with rice, parathas, nan bread, and chapatis.
