SEC-S15W1: The Wonder of Science
Hello friends, It's nice posting in Steem for Bangladesh after a while. Science is one thing that started since the creation of humans or the existence of man on earth. It doesn't matter how it started be it in the crude or advanced stage of a given item or substance. One thing is certain, it has brought about advancement in the everyday existence of humans on Earth. Let's get started, friends.
Science has helped build a great civilization. - What is your opinion on this matter? |

Indeed I am in support of this assertion here. Science has helped build a great civilization evident in mankind's survival. I will be picking a few areas where for this discussion as this is a limitless area to access its scientific impact relative to civilization.
Let us look at the Transportation sector and the advancement therein. Before now, it took humans a longer time to move from place to place, and plane and sea means of transportation happen to be the best practices to solve this problem. But it is a different story today. Humans can now move from country to country in just a matter of hours and still maintain convenience void of any stress. The invention of aircraft was a science-filled breakthrough that liberated mankind from the manual transportation system. We cannot forget the speed boats, trains, and cars that have replaced the old use of donkeys and camels.
The Electricity sector is another field that has helped mankind and is a product of science. The use of electricity has improved the Industrial Revolution, human existence, as well as the leisure and entertainment sectors. We all can attest to the fact that light is the centrifugal force that drives our day to access many platforms including the internet, entertainment, and other energy requirements.
I will lastly talk about the Internet which has made the world a global village. One doesn't need to travel miles before messages are delivered anymore but rather, the internet has brought about the connectivity required for interactions. Social media is one aspect that has advanced in this field as well as the use of mobile phones. We all can attest to the benefits we derive from the use of mobile phones.

Lives would have been a lot more difficult. Things are done manually and in a stressful way. What can we say or exclude from the sustenance of science in our everyday lives?
Just for an instant, I wouldn't be able to log to in steemit or make my contributions here as required. This is the perfect work of science and its breakthrough in our everyday lives. This is also applicable to usage of the internet and other social platforms. This simply means that communication would be a difficult thing to come by.
How about means of moving from place to place? Transportation would have been a terrible thing to come by. Imagine a situation where we do not have cars/trains for road transportation, ships for sea transportation, and planes for air transportation. It could have been hectic for humans to move from place to place.
If you could ask a famous scientist one question, who would it be, and what would you ask? |

One of my favorite scientists is Isaac Newton and his well-known invention is credited to him. Some. Of which are the law of Motion and the Law of Gravity. These were the two laws that brought the desired attention.
Since we all know the law of gravity and what it says, it would be a privilege to ask this scientist since every that goes up would find itself down to earth by the force of gravity.
**Then my question is why is it that this Law isn't applied to the aviation sector where we have our planes journeying for hours without being pulled down by the same gravity? **

Dear, one question you would ask the scientist Newton is why doesn't the plane go up and follow the law of gravitation? Very creative question, I agree with you. Then you wrote about three wonderful discoveries. The discovery of motion and gravity, electromagnetic induction, and the discovery of the neutron are truly three amazing discoveries. Small and big discoveries of science are surprising to me. The fact that wireless people's words can travel from one country to another in seconds also seems to me a wonderful discovery of science. Airplane flying through the sky is also a wonderful discovery. Medical science has made our life much easier. Antibiotics and vaccines have created wonders. If there was no science, we would treat ourselves with leaves of trees like primitive people. I used to wear clothes with tree leaves. I did not understand civilization.
