The government has a great role to play on this, they can isolate the drug addicts from the good ones, keep them in a place where they can be taken care of both mentally, spiritual and academic wise including the elites.
Seriously? Strongly disagree. The worst that could happen would be isolation and re-education from the state. Drug addicts are not "bad" per se. The social situation is bad and that has to be treated, not the addict alone.
There's this adage that our people normally say when one finger touches oil, it after others.
What I'm trying to say is that, drug addicts mixed with the young ones, the teens will lead to more drugs addicts.
Maybe the word isolate is a wrong word to be used there but all I'm trying to say is that, they need special attention and needs to be separated from others.
