I also feel very bad after reading your post and these kind of symptoms are really bad and especially if there is any such problem at night or if there is any such problem like chest pain it is really very worrying because at night it is not easy to go to the hospital and get a doctor easily. No and at night these kind of things are very scary hope you get well soon and by the grace of Allah you can do everything again inshallah.
