Assalamu alaikum how are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and healthy like me and I am having a good and healthy day today by the grace of almighty Allah today I am here with a recipe and first of all my love to all the respected admins and moderators. I am going to start my blog today.
Today I have come to you with my recipe for chotpoty. Nowadays when you step out of the home you will find many chotpoty shops at every corner of the road but I feel that the chotpoty outside are not very healthy and also they use a lot of that which my son does not like at all. can't eat so thinking about my son's health I cook chotpoty at home and I think winter is the best time to eat chotpoty because it's hot chotpoty is very good to eat in winter and that's why today I am here with this chotpoty recipe the ingredients required to make my chotpoty are

make very tasty chotpoty in very short time but now let me mention the preparation method step by step First I soaked the chotpoty boots the night before and next morning I cut the potatoes into small pieces and Then I boiled the soaked dal potatoes onion garlic ginger green chillies on the stove and

I boiled it for about an hour because these dals are very hard so it needs to be boiled for a little longer to soften otherwise it won't taste good.

In between I soaked it in bitter water and boiled it into an egg after about an hour all the water in the dal dried up and my dal was almost cooked

then I removed the dal from the oven then I put another one in the oven and there I added onion and chopped garlic and there I added oil and browned it.

Fry it till it is done then here I add boiled boot and then alternately bit salt turmeric powder cumin powder chaat masala juice of tetul chilli powder and cook for five to ten minutes.

I broke some of the dals withd then I cooked for another five to six minutes then took the chotpoty off the stove and

then I chopped the vegetables into small pieces after that I took the chotpoty in a bowl and put the vegetables on it one by one and

then Cracked the egg and sprinkled the fuscha on it and then my chotpoty was made and it was ready to serve and at this stage,

This chotpoty with great taste is loved by everyone from children to old age and it is very nice to have such chotpoty for an afternoon snack sometimes
