I immediately try to participate in it because cooking is a part of my life, and from that, I would love to be able to share a recipe here and present it to you guys. I will explain it to you.

What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

If, for any reason, I feel bad, then I try to try new recipes to bring back my lousy mood, and playing with new recipes makes me feel better because I like new recipes and savor them with pleasure. Try that. I will present the recipe for fish polao now because people mostly like to cook recipes with meat or polao with beef, or it is a common thing in our country, but fish polao is consumed little. I will share the recipe for fish polao here today.

Cook the fish well and break it up, add the washed rice and dal and cook for five to eight minutes.
