Hello,

This is the fifth week of the contest for the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 15 on behalf of the Steem for Bangladesh community. We hope you will enjoy this challenge.

Contest Topic

Every country needs foreign currency to trade with other countries. With the help of this, they buy goods from other countries as per their requirements, which they cannot produce or manufacture themselves. Earning foreign exchange is very important for a country because it helps to take care of and meet the needs of its people.

That is why every country tries its best to earn as much foreign exchange as possible by producing or making some things. So the government tries to develop certain sectors based on the geographical and environmental conditions of their country, with the help of which foreign exchange can be earned. Through this contest, we will learn about the foreign exchange earning sectors of different countries and their impact on the country's economy.

Contest Tips

• Name 3 major ways your country earns foreign exchange. Briefly explain how each method works.

• Which sector contributes the most to your country's foreign exchange earnings? Why?

• Does your country's foreign reserves depend on this particular sector or are there many other sectors as alternatives?

• What kind of problems do you think your country will face If this sector somehow collapses?

প্রতিযোগিতার বিষয়

প্রতিটি দেশের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার প্রয়োজন অন্য দেশের সাথে লেনদেন করার জন্য । এইটির সাহায্যে তারা অন্য দেশ থেকে তাদের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী জিনিস কিনে থাকে যেগুলো তারা নিজে উৎপাদন বা তৈরি করতে পারে না । একটি দেশের জন্য বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অর্জন খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কারণ এইটি তার দেশের মানুষের দেখভাল ও চাহিদা পূরণ করতে সাহায্য করে ।

সেজন্য প্রতিটি দেশ কিছু জিনিসে সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করে যেগুলো উৎপাদন বা তৈরি করে যতো বেশি সম্ভব বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অর্জন করতে । তাই সরকার তাদের দেশের ভৌগোলিক এবং পারিপার্শ্বিক অবস্থার উপর ভিত্তি করে কিছু খাতকে উন্নত করার চেষ্টা করে যেগুলোর সাহায্যে বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অর্জন করা যায় । এই কন্টেস্টেের মাধ্যমে আমরা বিভিন্ন দেশের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অর্জনের খাত সমূহ এবং দেশের অর্থনীতিতে তাদের প্রভাব সম্পর্কে জানবো ।

• আপনার দেশ বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অর্জনের 3টি প্রধান উপায়ের নাম দিন৷ প্রতিটি পদ্ধতি কীভাবে কাজ করে তা সংক্ষেপে ব্যাখ্যা করুন

• আপনার দেশের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা আয়ে কোন খাত সবচেয়ে বেশি অবদান রাখে? কেন?

• আপনার দেশের বৈদেশিক রিজার্ভ কি এই বিশেষ খাতের উপর নির্ভর করে নাকি বিকল্প হিসেবে অন্য অনেক খাত আছে?

• আপনি কি মনে করেন, যদি এই সেক্টরটি কোনোভাবে ভেঙে পড়ে তাহলে আপনার দেশ কী ধরনের সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হবে?
