Is Wednesday and today is known as sports day in my school, I can't wait to go to school today and engage in sporting activities again. I haven't posted in this community for a very long time because am always busy Rain is a natural thing that mostly occur unexpectedly. I have been busy offline and I post twice a week. Am glad that this contest was able to bring me back to this community again.

Share your story of a rainy day.

Last week Friday I was indoors and everywhere was cold because of the heavy rain, earlier that day, I intended to play football for 2 hours in the evening but the rain ruined my entire plans and joy. The rain started as at 3pm and it was very heavy 🥶, I had to wear my sweater while inside my room. My siblings were busy with their phones in the sitting room while our parents were in their bedroom resting.

I decided to forget the thoughts of playing football that day since everything happens for a reason. I just took my phone and laid in the bed, blogging in steemit and also watching some profitable short videos on TikTok. I have already eaten lunch and I was praying for the rain to stop until I remembered that there will be alot of water in the field and playing football in the field that moment is very dangerous.

How does rain make you feel and why?

The rain makes me feel warm and calm, i always want to sleep or press my phone whenever is raining because the rain makes everywhere cold and I feel cold sometimes. Sleep id enjoyable whenever rain is falling. Sometimes I will just lie on the bed thinking of my life and other things, we were currently in a world where everyone wants to be rich and I also want to be rich so I lie on the bed reviewing my goals for life.

Have you ever been wet in the rain and present a rainy day moment.

Yes I have, it all happened when I was coming back from school two weeks ago, I was very excited to go home because I have numerous things to do with my phone and my mum was preparing my favorite meal that day as well. Rain was falling while we were learning the last subject for the day and immediately school finally dismissed, alot of people whose houses were near the school premises began to go home while others waited.

I refuse to wait because I want to go home immediately and am very curious about eating my favorite meal at once. I left the school compound and my classmates were surprised because they all know that my house is very far from school. The rain was quite heavy and anytime it increases more and blowing so much wind in the process, I always stay in a supermarket to wait for it to calm down then I begin my journey and that's what I did gradually until I arrived home.

Rain is very important because it's existence has made life more stable, God himself brought in things like rain just to balance life a bit. I have always been excited when rain falls at night because it gives me a very wonderful feeling. Rain has a role to play in the lives of humans because of their emotions. Is very important that we love the rain because they are always here for a good reason. Rain also help in watering the plants all over the world in different fields and neighborhood. Rain also helps animal in some areas of life like providing water for them and making life good for those ones that gets advantage whenever it rains.
