Education is the backbone of the nation. The more education the nation is, the more developed the nation is. A nation without education is immobile. Development of the state, society, or any individual is impossible without education. The educational process provides resources for fully developing an individual's qualities and supports the skills needed to become a productive member of society. Generally speaking, education means acquiring knowledge or skills. Again education, in a broad sense, means the process of systematically gaining knowledge.

Whose teacher are you? Do you teach for a living?

I am my child's teacher. I don't teach for a living. I am a teacher to bring success to my child's life. Mother is the child's first and foremost teacher. A mother's education is the foundation of a child's future; the mother is the child's best teacher. A different power is hidden in the name ''Mama .' ' A Mother is an institution, a world, and more. A mother is the best teacher because the whole life has to go on with the morality, intelligence, and physical education received from the mother. AS life goes on, many events-learning experiences are separated. But the primary basis is the education received from the mother. So I teach not for a living but for my child's success.

What challenges have you faced as a teacher?

In the modern world, mothers face some challenges as teachers even after a mother has to deal with all the needs and problems of their family.

For example,

• Child care, housework
• Care of elderly and sick relatives
• Social factors.
• Adequate sleep.
• Get some personal time.

Instilling respect in children, imparting ethical education, and creating awareness about technology are significant challenges for a mother as a teacher.

How do you create a learning environment that is both stimulating and supportive?

---

The family is the best institution for the primary and moral education of the child, and the head of that family is the mother. Through the mother's natural understanding, the new offspring will be given primary education, tradition, values, and manners in a peaceful environment; education will stimulate the child's moral motivation, and mutual harmony will train compassion, sacrifice and endurance, and determination.

So the best education should be provided along with the mother, By the best talented and influential teacher in the area. Therefore the educational environment and institution must be creative……

• There should be various types of materials in the teaching room.

• Not only books but according to the audio-visual formula, there will be doors- windows, light, and air in the classroom.

• Outside, spacious grounds with greenery, sports equipment, and the companionship of a loving parent-like teacher.

What professional development opportunities have you pursued to improve your teaching practice?

Great teachers are both passionate and purposeful. They are passionate about their students and what they teach. -- --- Great teachers develop through their commitment to learning -their students and their own. And because they recognize that one of the most important factors for students' success is the quality of instruction, great teachers pursue continuous improvement.

• Stimulate new learning through relevant courses or workshops.
• Integrating new knowledge with practical classroom realities through group work with peers.
• We are integrating theory and practice to develop skills.
• We are incorporating experiential learning through short-term sessions.
• I am developing skills by continuing the creative process in the classroom.

At present, higher education is very expensive. What is your opinion on this, or is there any alternative to it?

Currently, higher education is very expensive, so my opinion would be"YES."

Some alternatives are given below:-

• Unreasonable fees should be stopped.
• Universities should be made public.
• Research should be increased in universities.
• The evening course should be stopped.
