Information about tomato sauce, including some tips and easy recipes for making hot tomato sauce

I hope everyone is safe and well. Alhamdulillah, I am also fine, by the grace of Allah. Today, I am back with a new recipe. Today I will share with you how to make tomato sauce easily at home. Stay tuned to my blog for recipes.
A lot of tomatoes are available this season. And tomatoes look red. Today I will make hot tomato sauce with these seasonal red tomatoes. This hot tomato sauce can be stored for up to a year, if desired. Homemade tomato sauce from reputed brands is very healthy. So instead of feeding kids unhealthy sauces bought from outside, let's see how to make hot tomato sauce at home very easily. I make and store this hot tomato sauce every year.

- I took about 2 kg of ripe red tomatoes to make today's hot tomato sauce. Then I clean and wash the tomatoes and now cut the clean tomatoes.
- Place a pan on the stove and place the chopped tomato slices in the pan. And I'll cover it with pan lids with salt to taste. I will put it in the oven.
- After boiling for a while on low heat, water will come out of the tomatoes. That's why I didn't add extra water to the tomatoes. Keep these tomatoes covered until they are cooked well.
- After the tomatoes are boiled for about 8 to 10 minutes, open the lid and see that the tomatoes are soft and cooked. And a little melted. At this stage, I will turn off the oven.
- When the tomatoes are cold, blend them with the help of a blender. (If you don't have a blender, you can mash the pulses with a knife and strain through a sieve.)
- After blending with a blender, strain it through a strainer. Then the tomato puree will be smooth. After straining, I got a fresh puree. My puree thickened nicely. Now it's time to make the sauce.
- Now put the pan back on the stove and pour the puree I got into the pan. Now add half a cup of sugar, a few chilli powders, and garam masala powder to the pan. And with that, mix the onion, garlic, and ginger batter well with tomato puree.
- When tomato puree is hot, add vinegar to it. Now you have to stir a little. (And if someone wants to pay attention quickly, you can use corn flour.) Cook and stir until the tomatoes thicken.
- Now pour some sauce on a plate and check its thickness. Now my tomato sauce is completely ready. So I will turn off the stove. And cool and store in a glass jar.

আপনার টমেটো সস্ এর রেসেপিটি খুব ভালো হয়েছে। আমাদের বাসায় কোনো নুডুলস , পাকড়া অন্য যে কোনো খাবারে এইটা একটি গুরুত্ব পূর্ণ সহকারী হিসেবে কাজ করে। বিশেষ করে বাসার বাচ্চাদের এইটা ছাড়া চলে না। আমি কখনো এটি বাসায় তৈরি করি নি । কিন্তু আপনার এই রেসিপি দেখে খুব ভালো লেগেছে ,ভাবছি আমিও তৈরি করতে চেষ্টা করবো। আপনার জন্য শুভ কামনা রইলো ।
