Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Hope everyone is having a great time. Today I have appeared in Steem for Bangladesh Community with a cooking recipe. I consider cooking to be a creative art form. Especially Bengali traditional culinary varieties that have created new innovations today have gone beyond the country's borders. Apart from this, talent and dedication are being introduced in culinary arts.

Today I will share the recipe with you Traditional Bangladeshi Chicken Roast. The traditional reason is that the cuisine was mainly influenced by the Mughal emperors of Bangladesh. As a result, roasts developed a regional form of cuisine. The fragrant spices of Bangladesh were used in the cooking. As a result its taste and quality was unmatched.
Traditional Bangladeshi Chicken Roast is basically a popular item in our country to be served at weddings, Eid's and various other occasions. The creamy rich taste of chicken roast creates the taste of Mughlai food among everyone. The dish is basically served with Polao rice. Which looks great to eat.
Below are some of the ingredients I will need to make the Traditional Bangladeshi Chicken Roast .

Secondly, Chicken is the basic ingredient of this menu. I will take a total of 300 grams of chicken meat including 4 chicken breast pieces and 4 leg pieces to make the menu. Now I am showing you how I cooked Traditional Bangladeshi Chicken Roast with all my ingredients.
First Step, I will fry the chicken pieces in oil first. For that, take equal amount of oil in the pan. Then I will fry the pieces hard. After frying, keep it aside.

Second Step, I will take oil in a pan and then add all the ingredients one by one except ghee and fry the onion. After adding all the ingredients, I will mix well. And the mixers will be heated well. When I see that the oil has released from the spices after grinding, I know my gravy is ready for my roast chicken.

Third Step, I will add the fried chicken in the grated gravy. Then I will mix it well for 2 minutes. Then when I see that it is mixed well, then I will add some pepper and give it with hot water. So that the spices get well inside the chicken. Then cook for about 20 minutes like this.

Fourth Step, after 20 minutes when I see that my chicken roast is well cooked I will add ghee to enhance its taste and smell. And after mixing the ghee I will finish my cooking with the onion fries on top.

Now time to serve. The presentation of the food makes the cuisine more beautiful. So I also decorated the chicken roast a little to enhance its beauty. Now you can enjoy this Traditional Bangladeshi Chicken Roast with Polao Rice.
This chicken roast is very popular and easily available food in our country. You can eat this food at home or go to restaurant. If you want to buy from outside, the Bangladeshi price will be 400 BDT or (11.36 Steem).
