∞🔸∞Over the ages, people have accepted discrimination in various ways and still, people are accepting discrimination in multiple ways. People first accept discrimination from their families. Then people accept discrimination in multiple places including society, friends, and the workplace. I express my opinion by once again thanking the honorable moderator @solemann vai for creating a context on a timely and critical topic.

By admitting discrimination, I simply mean showing favoritism. That is, anything is showing more weakness to one person and giving him more benefits and depriving others of those benefits. This discrimination can be seen everywhere in the family, work, and society.
Now the question is whether I myself have experienced such discrimination. My answer is yes, I have experienced family discrimination since childhood. I am a vivid example of how many forms of discrimination there are. I know the inhuman pain of a child who has been discriminated against. The pain which he can never express, only consoles himself by saying that the days of discrimination must end someday.

Accepting the first discrimination from the family did not end the discrimination against me. In the early part of my working life, I had to accept various discriminations. I had to endure various human pressures.
In addition, I see people who come to my workplace to be discriminated against. These discriminatory activities seemed to be a normal occurrence.

Discrimination upsets a person so much that a person who accepts discrimination cannot take anything easily. Many times, such a person becomes dangerous and grows up with hatred towards people. His normal life is ruined. That's why discrimination from family, society, and workplace. It is imperative to remove discrimination. Therefore, it is imperative to prevent discrimination. For this, the steps we can take are: -

• Discrimination activities should be avoided.
• Everyone should see each other equally.
• Everyone should be given equal rights.
• In particular, trying to make a difference between men and women, you must refrain from doing biased behavior towards them.
• Children should be taught about the ill effects of discrimination from the family so that they do not discriminate against anyone.
• Appropriate steps should be taken so that there is no discrimination between men and women in the workplace, everyone should be treated with respect, and everyone should be valued equally.

"People for people" is the essence of humanity. No man is complete by himself. Everyone has to move forward with help from someone. I am giving a small example – Just think you have a lot of money, you have no shortage. But suddenly you are sick. If it happens, then you will need a doctor. Without a doctor, no matter how much money you have, you will not be able to recover. In this way, every person has to take the help of other people. This is why it is said that people are for people.

This word means the humanity of people to people. A non-discrimination society has been talked about. Where there will be no biased behavior, there will be no excessive weakness towards anyone and cruelty towards anyone.
There will only be respect and love for people as people. This is why it is said that people are for people.

According to me, discriminators are enemies of family, society, and country. Due to their bad activities, chaos is created all around.
For the sake of maintaining the peace and order of the family, society, and country, the slogan of "man for man" should be turned into a reality.
