SEC-S17W3: "National Festival"

Hope you all are doing well and good and enjoying the best days of your life. This is me @shahid2030 from Pakistan and you are here reading my post. You all are welcome here from the core of my heart.
This is my participation in a contest National Festival organized in Steem For Bangladesh by @steem4bangladesh.
What is the national festival of your country? How did it start. |

I come from a country called Pakistan. My country have many festivals, some are religious and some are national. The most celebrated festival among them is Eid Festival. It's a religious festival and we have two Eids each year; Eid-ul-Fitar and Eid-ul-Adha.
These two festivals are celebrated throughout the country with full zeal and spirit. It has almost one week government vacation in the entire country. People enjoy it with their near and dear ones.
Other national festival includes; Independence Day. It is celebrated on 14th of August every year. People show their love and affection to the country. Independence is the greatest blessing of God.
How is this festival celebrated? Are there any special rules for celebrating it? |

Let me tell you that celebrating Eid is not only the festival of Pakistan, instead it's a festival of Muslims throughout the world. Many Muslim country celebrate this festival on mighty level. Yeah this is true it's a religious festival, but still every country country celebrate it according to their norms and traditions.
In my country both Eids are celebrated with too much spirit and zeal. Here the most prior thing on Eid is Dawad. Dawad mean invitation, when you invite someone for lunch or dinner. In family people invite each other for eating together.
The youth or children welcome Eid with Fireworks and music and things like that. The street are echoing with the loud sounds and noises.

Outfit and Food are the two important things of these special festivals. Everyone buy new clothes, new slippers or shoes, girls buy too many garments, put make at beauty parlors and they buy new dress also.
Here in Pakistan people mostly wear Shalwar Kamees. So they buy this dress. In my region among males Peshawari Chappal is most famous. They buy it for Eid.
Talking about Food we have too many famous foods of Eid. Let me count them some here. Mutton Karahi, Biryani, sheer khurma, kebabs and various sweets like gulab jamun and jalebi. If go to someone's house you are are welcome there with these beautiful food.

Even we have Eid Festival this month. We had passed Eid-ul-Fitar on 10th of April. I call this Rid the most beautiful and memorable for me, because it's my first time I disturbed Edhi among my family members. I have given 10k Edhi to my Mom, 5k to step mother, 2k to my Bhabi ( sister in law) and I have four younger siblings I give them each 1k.
Alhamdulillah I was able to give Edhi to people this Eid and it happens first time in my life, that's why it's so special for me. It has given too much pleasure I distributing Edhi among them. I want to say special thanks to Steemit, because money of mine was that I have earned from here.

The joy of Eid begins with the sighting of the Eid moon. Eid is a day of great joy in our religion where the joy of Eid is shared with everyone. It is really happy when we pay the little ones in the family. You have given money to others, I have also given money to the younger members of my family. Good luck to you
