Delicious mala fish recipe with potatoes and tomatoes

• Small mala fish
• Potato
• Tomato
• Onion
• Green chili
• Garlic batter
• Salt
• Turmeric Powder
• Chilli powder
• Coriander Leaves

Here, I cleaned and washed the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Then I cleaned and washed the small fish.

Step - 1

First I took small fish and chopped potatoes in a pan.

Step - 2

After that I chopped the onions and chopped the green chillies.

Step - 3

Then put some garlic paste in the pan.

Step - 4

Then add some amount of salt, some amount of turmeric powder and chili powder according to desired taste in the pan.

Step - 5

Then I gave the amount of chopped tomatoes.

Step - 6

After that, I spread the spices gently by hand. Then I took some soybean oil and put it in the fish.

Step - 7

Then again I have mixed everything gently with my hands.

Step - 8

I have placed the pan in the oven with enough water in the pan.

Step - 9

Then I cook everything well for about 20 minutes. Wait until everything is cooked. And also wait for the water to come down a bit.

Step - 10

When everything is boiled well and the water reduces a little, I spread coriander leaves there.I like the flavor of coriander leaves in various curries.
