Delicious and tempting raw mango pickle recipe

How are you all? I believe everyone is fine by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also quite well. Today I am here with you again with a different kind of post. Today I am sharing another new recipe with you. Today I am here to share with you a very tasty and tempting recipe. Today I will share with you the recipe for making raw mango pickle. pickle is a traditional food in our country. Almost everyone loves to eat pickles. I myself like to eat pickles. I especially like raw mango pickle. It is also very good to eat with khichuri. During this summer, raw mangoes are available almost everywhere in our country. Raw mangoes can be preserved throughout the year by making various pickles with these raw mangoes. Today I will share one such recipe with you. This pickle can be stored throughout the year. Necessary Materials
  • Panchfodan powder
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • chili powder
  • Mustard oil
  • bay leaf
  • cinnamon
  • cardamom
  • garlic paste
  • A whole garlic clove
  • dry chili

Step - 1

First I took about 2 kg of raw mangoes. Then I washed them very well.

Then I cut the raw mangoes into pieces along with the peel.

Then add turmeric powder to the mangoes and coat well with turmeric powder.

Then I dried the raw mangoes in the sun for about three days. Mangoes keep well throughout the year if dried well in the sun.

I bought panchphodon from the market and blended it in a blender.

Then I put a large pan on the stove. Then I added some mustard oil there. The more mustard oil you add, the better the pickle will be. Then I put some dry chilies there.

Then I gave the hot spices there. That is, bay leaves, cinnamon and several cardamoms. Then fried them for a while.

Then I added turmeric powder and chili powder.

Then I gave the amount of garlic paste. Then I gave several cloves of garlic. They look very nice.

After giving the spices, I gave the sun-dried mangoes.

Then I gave enough salt and sugar. The amount of sugar should be very high because raw mangoes are usually too much. Raw mangoes are usually too sour.

Then I gave Panchfodan powder. Adding panchphodan powder gives a better flavor to pickles. And without these ingredients it is not possible to make pickles.

After adding all the ingredients, it should be cooked together for about 25 minutes. Stir constantly while cooking to prevent sticking. When the color becomes like the picture, it should be removed from the oven. After taking it out of the oven, I served it beautifully.
