Shoal fish cooking recipe.
How are you all friends? I hope you are well and healthy by the grace of God. I too am well by the grace of Allah and the love of all of you. Today I have brought you a very delicious fish recipe. Shoal fish is one of my favorite fish. It is delicious to eat as well as it contains many nutrients. This fish is known to everyone in village Bengal. There are different recipes for cooking this fish. So today I am sharing the recipe of how I cooked shoal fish with you all.

Soybean oil

First cut the fish and washed and cleaned it.
Now put a pan on the stove and put mustard oil in it, when the oil is hot, add chopped onions and green chillies.
I fried the onion well for a while and made it red.
Now I reduced the fire of the stove and put all the spices inside it.
Fry the spices well with onions for a while.
When the masala is fried for a while, I put a little water inside it.
After boiling the water for a while with the spices, I put the cut shoal fish in it.
Now I will grate the fish well.
If it is boiled for a while, I will add enough water inside it.
I will cook well until the water dries up.
When the water dries up, I put it in a bowl.
