Researchers call sajanen leaves a super food. These trees are often seen in our village Bengal. As the leaves of this tree are full of nutrients, they are also delicious to eat. Cooking sajne leaves does not require so many ingredients. It is very easy to cook. But eating sajon leaves is very beneficial for our body, it increases the immunity of our body. No matter how much I talk about the benefits of sajne leaf, it will not end. Today I will share with you the recipe for cooking sajne pata.
Sajne leaves
Boots
shrimp
onion
Chilli
garlic paste
Soybean oil
salt
First I separated the sajon leaves from the data and washed them well.
This time to cook sajon leaves, I took a pan of boot dal and added prawns and fish with it.
In this I put onion, green chillies, garlic paste, gura masala, salt, oil all together.
I will boil the boot stalks thoroughly so that the foot stalks come out soft.
When the stems of the boots are boiled, I will put the washed sajan leaves inside them.
After two minutes of adding the sajan leaves, I take it off the stove because cooking the sajan leaves for too long reduces the nutrients from inside.
