WHAT IS EGO
Ego is a person's sense of self-importance and it defines who we really are,the way we associate with people and the way we handle things. everyone has an ego it might be big or small and it becomes a problem when it becomes overpowering.

WHO DO I THINK IS ARROGANT?
An arrogant person is someone who has allowed his/her ego to overpower her.Ego makes someone to become so arrogant in a way that the feelings of people around you no longer matter to you, being so blinded by the things you've Achieved and making yourself a God to people around you.

 CHARACTERISTICS OF EGOIST 

1: always in control of everything
2: always talk about themselves
3:never interested in taking correction
4:they blame others in every mistake instead of taking responsibility of there actions.
5: always wants to be the center of attention
6: always wants things to be done in there own way.

Knowledge is good, being able to solve problems is good, being the best is good,but allowing yourself to become a God because you know what others don't know it purely bad, bragging about it and making people around you uncomfortable because of what you know and always want them to worship you and your knowledge, we are not to brag about what we know best because there are still people out there who knows better than we do.

HAVE I SEEN EGOIST PEOPLE ON THIS PLATFORM?
NO, I haven't seen anyone because I don't have much friends here but the people I know here they are always willing to help,teach and also help you be among the best like @talktofaith, @ruthjoe and the rest of them all. But still what I know is that egoistic people are everywhere it might just be 1/100 among us.

Some people may say that ego is self-respect,ego is far from self-respect,When you treat yourself like a Queen, that is self-respect but When you want everyone around you to treat you like a Queen, that’s ego.”

What can lead to the fall of ego....
1: discipline: when you start disciplining yourself and seeing everyone equally, allowing others to also give there own opinion of something, giving people chances to make it right not pushing them off because of just one mistake.
And just like I said I haven't seen anyone in this platform that has ego, everyone I come across is well discipline and always ready to help someone grow on steemit.
