Hello friends, I hope you are all well. Finally, after so much speculation and planning, our monthly guidline session was successfully held yesterday. First of all, I would like to thank all the users who have given their valuable time to attend the session.
For those who could not attend the session due to a busy schedule, we invite you to attend our upcoming session. because here we discuss various important updates about Steemit and give guidelines.
So three days before the session, I made the announcement about it. At the same time, I mentioned everyone on our Discord channel and made an announcement.Hangout started in our discord meeting section yesterday at 3:00 PM. Twenty Bangladeshi active members attended the session.

It was my responsibility to host this session this time. So through this post, I will highlight all the topics of yesterday's guidline session.
First of all, I started the hangout by greeting everyone. Congratulating to all our users from Bangladesh who gained various achievements this month, For those who are new to this platform, I have given some guidelines to increase the quality of their posts and to avoid plagiarism. For those who still don't know much about burnsteem25 and are using this tag incorrectly, I have explained burnsteem25 in detail. As all members present have been informed of the inappropriateness of AI's content and have been instructed to refrain from it as it is a form of plagiarism. I have asked all users to participate in the weekly contests of the ongoing Steemit Engagement Challenge and have given guidelines on how to participate in the engagement contest and told them to show their best creative way and make highly qualified comments. And I tried to convince everyone about the Steem ecosystem. Also encouraged everyone to power-up and gave a clear idea about steemexclusive.
Then I move to our another admin to present his speech. Our admin, @msharif , has given some important guidelines and some motivational words to all the users. He gave some very important guidelines on how we should participate in engagement contests and how we should grow our profile by increasing regular activity through his speech and motivate everyone to Power-up. He encouraged users to post regularly and shared some important words to maintain engagement with all other users.
Our two community moderators, @solaymann & @mostofajaman , gave some important guidelines for all the activities going on in our community. They tried to explain all the problems noticed by the users while checking the regular community posts and gave some important directions on how to maintain voting CSI, increase post quality, and use proper markdown.
Finally, after all the speeches and discussions from our admin panel, I moved to the Q&A section. where I ask users to present their problems to us one by one.
One of our community users, @mahadisalim , wants to know how to increase voting CSI or how to maintain in properly. I told him the correct way to increase the voting CSI and the correct rules and principles of post curation. How to properly use voting mana and don't upvote an individual user repeatedly. I also told everyone to curate qualified posts all the time and told them how to check voting CSI through the steemworld.org tool.
At the end of the session , I tried to give everyone some knowledge about the Steem ecosystem
Finally, I bid farewell to the session, wishing everyone's success on Steemit by maintaining post quality, increasing engagement, showing their creativity, and working with hard work and dedication.
The hangout lasted for about 50 minutes. I am very glad and happy to have such a beautiful and successful session with all the users.
