Hello Native People!

I hope you are all well and healthy. Like every month, we are going to organize our monthly meeting/hangout. where we will discuss various issues related to steem growth in Bangladesh, and our community outreach, and directly listen to all your problems and try to solve them.

As this is the month of Ramadan, it is for the convenience of all of you, we have scheduled Friday for hangouts. The Steem for Bangladesh Community's January Hangout will be held on Friday, 31-March-2023 3:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC 9:00 AM) . We invite all native people from our community and beyond to the hangout.

We will try to make the community hangout worth every second of your time, so we have created an outline of the topics we will discuss in the hangout. This gives you an idea of what we will discuss in our hangout. So let's look at the outline.

Meeting Outline

• AI Content: Currently, some users are undermining the quality of this platform by creating content with AI, which is a form of plagiarism. Creating content with AI is strictly prohibited in our community. In this regard, we will discuss some important issues about AI generated content in the meeting.

• Burnsteem25: burnsteem25 is one of the most successful initiatives of Steem Team, which has received a huge response. But many people are spamming this tag because they don't have a good idea about burnsteem, so we will give you a proper guide in this regard. We will talk about voting CSI.

• Post Quality & Commenting: We will give you some guidelines on how to improve the quality of your posts and how to increase the richness through high-quality comments. We will give you some tips on how to postulate creative ideas according to the topic.

• Common grammatical & spelling mistakes: There will be some special guidelines for those who posted using a translator. In this case, we will discuss how to make your post readable by correcting all the common problems everyone has, such as pronunciation mistakes, grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, etc.

• Power-up & Self-growth: The only way to improve your position on Steemit is to increase your Steem Power. Why we should increase the steem power, why we should join higher clubs (ex: club100, club 75), why we should interact with all native and foreign users (ex: relevant comment), why we should participate exclusively in all projects @ steemitblog (ex: engagement contest), etc. All the issues will be in the self-growth section of the hangout.

• Keys Security: One of our most important topics will be the security of our keys. For those who still don't know which key to use for which purpose or how to keep their keys safe, we will tell you the correct way in detail.

• Q&A Section: In this section, we will listen to all your problems. Our whole team will try to solve all the problems you are facing and all the confusion you have. In the case of Steem growth and community development, We will give you an idea of our motives in making the community more extended, and we will definitely listen to all the effective ideas from you in this matter.

হ্যালো ন্যাটিভ পিপল আশা করছি আপনারা সবাই ভালো এবং সুস্থ আছেন । প্রতিমাসের ন্যায় এবারও আমরা আমাদের মান্থলি কমিউনিটি মিটিং অর্গানাইজ করতে চলেছি । যেখানে আমরা স্টিম গ্রোথ নিয়ে বিভিন্ন বিষয় আলোচনা করবো , সরাসরি আপনাদের সকল সমস্যাগুলো শুনবো এবং সমাধান দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করব ।

• এআই বিষয়বস্তু: বর্তমানে কিছু ইউজার এআই দিয়ে কন্টেন্ট তৈরি করে এই প্লাটফর্মের মান ক্ষুন্ন করছে যা ‌এক প্রকার প্লাগারিজম এর মধ্যে পড়ে । এআই দিয়ে কন্টেন্ট তৈরি আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ । এই ব্যাপারে আমরা কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় মিটিংয়ে আলোচনা করবো ।

• বার্নস্টিম২৫: বার্নস্টিম স্টিম টিমের মোস্ট সাকসেসফুল একটি উদ্যোগ যা স্টিম গ্রোথে ব্যপাক সাড়া ফেলেছে । তবে অনেকের বার্নস্টিম২৫ সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা না থাকার কারণে তারা এই ট্যাগটির স্পামিং করছে তাই আমরা এই ব্যাপরে আপনাদের সঠিক গাইডলাইন দিবো । আমরা সিএসআই ভোট দেওয়ার বিষয়ে কথা বলব

• পোস্ট কোয়ালিটি এবং মন্তব্য: পোস্টের কোয়ালিটি কিভাবে উন্নত করা যায় এবং কিভাবে হাই কোয়ালিটি কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে রিচনেস বৃদ্ধি করা যায় সে ব্যাপারে আমাদের পুরো টিম আপনাদেরকে কিছু গাইড লাইন দিবে । টপিক অনুযায়ী ক্রিয়েটিভ আইডিয়ার মাধ্যমে কিভাবে পোস্ট পোস্টটিলিউট করবেন সেটি নিয়ে আমার আপনাদের কিছু টিপস প্রদান করবো ।

• সাধারণ ব্যাকরণগত এবং বানান ভুল: যারা ট্রান্সলেটর ব্যবহার করে পোস্ট করেন তাদের জন্য থাকবে স্পেশাল কিছু গাইডলাইন । এক্ষেত্রে আপনাদের যে সকল কমন সমস্যা গুলো রয়েছে যেমন প্রোনান্সিয়েশন ভুল করা ,গ্রামাটিকাল ইরর, স্পেলিং মিস্টেক ইত্যাদি বিষয়গুলো টুলস দিয়ে কারেকশন করার মাধ্যমে আপনার পোস্টটি পাঠকদের জন্য কিভাবে রিডেবল করে তুলবেন তা আলোচনা করবো ।

• পাওয়ার-আপ এবং স্ব-বৃদ্ধি বিভাগ: স্টিমটে নিজের পজিশনকে উন্নত করার একমাত্র উপায় হল স্টিম পাওয়ার বৃদ্ধি করা । কেন আমাদের এই স্টিম পাওয়ার বৃদ্ধি করা উচিত, কেন আমাদের উচ্চতর ক্লাব গুলো জয়েন করা উচিত ,কেন আমাদের সকল নেটিভ এবং বিদেশি ইউজারদের সাথে ইন্টারেক্ট করা উচিত, কেনো আমাদের স্টিমিটব্লগের সকল প্রজেক্ট গুলোতে নিজেদের একান্ত পার্টিসিপেট করা উচিত ইত্যাদি সকল বিষয়গুলো থাকবে হ্যাঙ্গআউটের সেল্ফ গ্রোথ সেকশনে ।

• কী নিরাপত্তা: আমাদের মোস্ট ইম্পরট্যান্ট টপিক গুলোর মধ্যে একটি থাকবে আমাদের চাবিগুলোর সিকিউরিটি নিয়ে । যারা এখনও ভালোভাবে জানেন না কোন চাবি কোন কাজে ব্যবহার করতে হবে আর কিভাবে আমাদের চাবি গুলো সবচেয়ে বেশি সেফ রাখা যায় সে ব্যাপারে আমরা আপনাদের সঠিক নিয়মটি বিস্তারিত বলবো ।

• প্রশ্ন ও উত্তর বিভাগ: এই সেকশনে আমরা আপনাদের সকলের সমস্যাগুলো শুনবো । আপনারা যে সকল সমস্যা গুলো ফেস করছেন এবং যে সকল বিষয়গুলোতে আপনাদের কনফিউশন রয়েছে সকল বিষয়গুলো আমাদের পুরো টিম সমাধান দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করবে । স্টিম গ্রোথ এবং কমিউনিটি ডেভেলপমেন্ট ,কমিউনিটি আরো প্রস্তর করার ক্ষেত্রে আমরা আমাদের মোটিভগুলো আপনাদের ধারনা দিবো ‌এবং এই ব্যপারে আপনাদের থেকে কার্যকরী সকল আইডিয়া গুলো শুনবো ।

তো আপনাদেরকে আমন্ত্রণ জানাচ্ছি ৩১শে মার্চ ঠিক দুপুর ৩ টায় সবাই আমাদের হ্যাঙ্গআউটে এটেন্ড করবেন এবং আপনাদের সকল ফ্রেন্ডস যারা কমিউনিটির বাইরে রয়েছেন তাদেরকেও জানিয়ে দিবেন । সকলে আমাদের ডিসকর্ট সার্ভাসে জয়েন করে নিন । আমরা আপনাদের সকল মূল্যবান কথা গুলো শুনার জন্য অপেক্ষা করবো । ধন্যবাদ সবাইকে ।
