I think someone who is arrogant tends to feel that their views and opinions are the most correct and do not want to listen to the opinions of others.Belittling others,They may belittle others and feel that they are smarter, more successful, or more valuable than others.Too focused on yourself,they tend to focus too much on their own interests and needs, without regard for the needs or feelings of others.
But not everyone who displays these traits is automatically arrogant or self-centered,Sometimes the behavior may be caused by a lack of awareness or experience or there may be other factors influencing the behavior.

No, in my opinion if we are perfect at something, it doesn't mean we have to brag about it. In fact bragging about our strengths can make others feel uncomfortable and be detrimental to our interpersonal relationships.
On the other hand, if we are truly talented or skilled at something, we should let our work or accomplishments speak for themselves. For example, an artist who is really good at painting doesn't need to constantly praise himself or show off his works at every opportunity. His great works will be recognized and appreciated by others without him having to show them off constantly.
In addition, being humble and respectful of others can also make us more liked and appreciated by others. By respecting others, we can also learn from them and continue to develop our skills and abilities.
