Soybean Potato Easy Recipe

I will share with you one of my favorite recipes today. A very tasty and healthy dish is a delicious recipe with soybeans and potatoes.
Soybean is a nutritious food. People who don't like to eat fish and meat will love this soybean recipe. Let's take a look at the soybean recipe.
Soybean 200 grams
Chopped onion 2 tbsp.
Onion cubes 2 tbsp.
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Tomato 1/2 cup
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Gram flour 2 tsp
Chile powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Like the amount of oil
Like the amount of water
4/5 green chilies
Step 1
First, boil soybeans in hot water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Then wash well with cold water and press with hand to remove excess water.
Step 2
Now marinate soybeans, gram flour, and dry chili powder in a bowl and keep it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes fry the soybeans in hot oil until brown. Then the potatoes should be fried.
Step 3
After that, heat the oil in a pan and add cinnamon and cardamom. When a nice smell is released from the boil, it should be fried with onion. After frying the onions, add chopped green chilies and fry for 1 minute. Now grind the tomato and ginger and garlic paste well.
Step 4
Then the fried potatoes and soybeans should be drained from the masala until the oil comes out. Add a pinch of sugar if starting without oil. Then cook for 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and add 2 cups of water and increase the heat. When the gravy thickens, reduce the heat and spread garam masala and keep it for 2 minutes.
This is easily our recipe for a special savory taste, it's really good to eat with hot rice. And it is very good to eat chapati bread, luchi, parota .
