Created by canva,

Assalamualaikum to all. How are you all? Hope everyone is going through a healthy environment. Keep yourself healthy. Alhamdulillah I am also well with your blessings. I came today to participate in the engagement challenge on Steem for Bangladesh community. The subject of today's challenge is the SEC-S17W3: "National Festival". We all have our country's National Festival. National festivals are not only social but also religious. We are Bengalis and we love festivals very much. We love to celebrate any festival. I like any picture very much whether it is religious or social. Among the festivals in my country is Pahela Boishakh with a social aspect. And on the religious side, there are Eid-ul Fitr and Eid-ul Adha. There are more national festivals on 26th March, 21st February, 16th December. These are all common national festivals in our country. We celebrate all these festivals. Today I am talking about a national festival of my country.
What is the national festival of your country? How did it start

One of the national festivals of my country is Eid-ul-Azha. Eid-ul-Azha means the Eid that we Muslims celebrate. It is an Islamic festival. We have a lot of fun in this festival. We offer various animal sacrifices to those Muslim servants who are able. And by sacrificing that animal, we distribute the meat of that demon among the poor and the poor among the relatives and neighbors. It started from our Islamic Shariah rules. This festival is celebrated as the order of our Lord.

How is this festival celebrated? Are there any special rules for celebrating it?

How we celebrate this festival. There is a rule in this celebration that we Muslim servants who can afford to sacrifice an animal have to offer it. And the meat of this animal has to be distributed among those who cannot afford it. On the day of Eid-ul-Azha, Muslims celebrate the festival of animal sacrifice by offering Eid prayers in the morning. Many follow the rule that the person in whose name the animal is sacrificed has to finish the sacrifice and eat breakfast. On the day of Eid-ul-Azha, we Muslims celebrate this religious festival with great joy.

Are there any special outfits or foods for celebrating your national festival?

There is no special dress or food to celebrate our national festival. However, with the blessings of the Creator, all the Muslims have been told that you should wear clean new clothes and perform the Eid prayers on that day and offer animal sacrifices. On the day of Eid, we Muslims cook some sweet food. Along with this, we celebrate the day by cooking Khichuri Polao and meat. And when the animal sacrifice is done, I distribute the meat of that sacrifice among all the poor and suffering people. I distribute it among my relatives. Sacrificial meat is eaten together with all our festival celebrations.

Tell us about your favorite memory from celebrating your national festival.

Let me share with you some of my favorite memories from my national festival celebrations. On this day, in the morning, I send the boys of my family to pray and cook. We all eat and drink together with the family. Then when the meat of the animal sacrifice is ready, I start distributing the meat together with all my family members. Working together on this Eid day is a memory of my whole life. Qurbani Eid always reminds me of these memories. The fun of working together is different, talking, eating and working together is the memory of my life. And on the day of Eid, it is the greatest joy to receive salami from the elders and to give salami to the children. On that day I collect salami from my parents and in-laws and have more fun distributing salami to my younger ones. These salami giving and receiving moments are a lifetime memorable moment in my life.

I would like to invite my friends.

Dear @rajusam,,Greetings to this contest,,

Eid-ul-Azha is one of the biggest joyous festivals of Muslims all over the world. It is a joyous festival in which Muslims slaughter animals after offering Eid prayers in hopes of pleasing Allah Almighty. Here the piety of their hearts is accepted by Allah Almighty. The day is more joyful for the poor and needy Muslim families because on that day all their families can eat the meat that their neighbors donate to them.Keep the good work.

•Best regards,,

A lot of fun is created from Celebrating Eid I guess, but there's a point you said that I need clarity please. What do you mean by "we distribution the meat if that demon among the poor"?. What is considered as the demon, I want to learn sorry. Please when next is the celebration or the festival taking place, because I don't want to miss that meat that would be shared to the people. Good luck to you on this contest.

A solemn part of the Muslim community during Eid-ul-Azha we observe through animal sacrifice. I distribute the sacrificial meat among the poor people and this distribution brings a smile to their faces. The happiest moments are spent with your family. Good luck to you.
