The benefits of soil and green grass cannot be overstated. Do you remember the last time you walked on dirt or green grass..? Complementary to say that we are earthbound by birth. Almighty Allah created us from the soil and after death we have to merge with that soil. At present we are confined between four walls in the city of bricks and stones. As a result of which our distance with the ground is increasing day by day.
Soil
When asked when was the last time we walked on green grass, we cannot tell. We think walking barefoot will lower our status. Many people think what to say? Who would think? But in that we are exposing ourselves to great harm that we do not realize. Now the big reason behind the increase of people's illness is such small stupid actions of people.

Almost every animal on earth has contact with soil or nature. But man is the only creature who has separated himself from the soil or nature. When they sit, they sit on a chair, when they sleep, they sleep on a bed, when they walk, they walk with shoes. Such disconnection of man with nature has made man sick and unhappy.But they are living right. It has been proven by scientific studies that the more people keep themselves away from the proximity of soil or green grass, the more diseased they become. So it is important for us to have a deep relationship with the soil and green grass for a healthy and beautiful life.

If you walk on the green grass every morning, you will see that the mind will get calm and it will make both body and mind feel good. It helps to relieve human stress. If you are in high degree of depression, walking barefoot on the grass will relieve depression.Green grass is also very beneficial for our eyes. It helps to increase the brightness of our eyes. Walking barefoot increases the immunity of our body. So to stay healthy, it is necessary to walk in the morning on the dew or on the grass with bare feet in the sun.
