Delicious Eggplant Pakora Recipe.
Assalamualaikum everyone. Hope you are all very well. I am also good with your prayers. Happy Eid to all, Eid Mubarak.
During the Eid holidays, my boys are having a good time with my family. Try to be good However, the month of Ramadan departed from us. In the month of Ramadan, fried food is mostly eaten at Iftar Although it is better not to eat such fried food in the evening after starving all day. But I don't like eating them at Iftar.Today I am going to share a recipe with you. And that is Eggplant Pakora. It feels great to eat these pakoras. So I thought I'd share it with you.So without further ado let's get to the recipe.
I have described the recipe step by step below. Hope you like it too
- gram flour
- ginger paste
- garlic paste
- turmeric powder
- cumin powder
- Salt
- Oil
- First I took an eggplant. Any size will do. Then wash well with clean water. Now peel off the upper part of the eggplant. Then cut the brinjal lengthwise into pieces.
- Now I took 1 cup of besan powder. Then I added garlic paste, ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder. I took all as quantity.
- Now add enough salt and mix everything very well. Baking powder can be used in this but it is harmful to health so avoid it. Anyway, then I mixed the brinjal pieces with gram dough
- Mix the brinjal pieces well in the besan so that there are no empty spaces.
- Now I put a pot on the stove and when it gets hot, I put some soybean oil in it. Care must be taken that the violet may sink into the oil. Then I put the purple tea in the oil. I gave two more like this.
- Now fry them well in oil. When it becomes the desired color or brown, I take it off the stove. Drain the oil well.
- Now ready to serve.
Hope everyone likes this recipe post I made. Be sure to comment how you like it. If you make a mistake, you will be sorry. |
