🤔What are steem witnesses?🤔

Steem is a blogging social site. Where users earn steem tokens by sharing content they create. These steem tokens are earned by getting upvotes. And, hundreds of millions of users working on steemit regularly update shared posts and manage steemit properly. There are a group of people who regularly create blocks. Through these blocks we earn by upvoting our shared posts.

Witnesses create a block every 1 minute and 3 seconds to balance upvotes in Steemit, and 20 witnesses are needed to create this block.

🤔How to vote for witness?🤔

To vote for Witnesses, you must first login to your Steemit account and then click on the 3 lines option on the top right.

After clicking on the 3 lines option, you will see many options on your screen, from which you have to select the 7th option i.e. the Vote for witness option.

Or you can click this link to go directly to the witness voting page. Then you can appear on the desired page very easily.

As soon as you click on the option, the loading will start and then a page called Witness voting of Steemit wallet will appear in front of you. Here you will find 100 witnesses. You can vote for anyone you want from among them.

You can vot a maximum of 30 Witnesses.

🤔Benefits of voting witness?🤔

The blocks that Witnesses create every 1 minute and 3 seconds consume a lot of steam to create. which have to be paid from the witnesses wallet. However, it is not possible or very expensive for witnesses to spend a lot of steem to create blocks constantly. Also, if they cannot create blocks due to lack of steem. If we don't get votes on our posts, many more problems will be created in Steemit.

So, if we support witnesses by voting. However, they can collect the steem needed to generate blocks. As a result, they do not have any problem with continuous block generation activities.
