It is very sad to know that the doctor said about your ear that it can never be fixed. Forests get sick after a few days of fever or cold. There you will have to carry such a painful illness for the rest of your life which is really a matter of great suffering. I know no words to comfort you in such a situation. But I want to tell you one thing that is never lose patience with yourself. You can look for yourself and see that many people in the world have been living in a much worse condition than yours for years. So always put your trust in Almighty Allah and thank Him. Do.
