Greetings to this contest,,
Fried rice is one of my favorite food. But this dish is prepared only in winter season in our region. Leftover rice from night is fried rice in the morning with different vegetables and edible oil.

Glad to know that my favorite dish is also cooked in various major festivals celebrated in your country. And thanks a lot for sharing your method of frying rice.
