Yummy Gourd Prawn Recipe

Assalamu Alaikum.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am a food lover myself. I love to try new foods.
So whenever I cook whatever food I try to make the recipe immediately. Today I am here with a very delicious local dish Lau Chingri recipe. Gourd shrimp is one of my favorite recipes. I think the recipe is very popular with everyone. My gourd shrimp recipe was delicious.
I hope you will also like this gourd shrimp recipe.

Fried food is my favorite among food. Today I have made a recipe for eggplant chops and am sharing it with you.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • gourd
  • Shrimp fish
  • Onions
  • Chilli
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • and oil
First step:
  • First I will put a pot on the stove. Then I will add some oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions and chopped green chillies. Fry it for a while.

Second step:
  • Fry the onion and green chillies for two minutes and add the prawns. And fry the prawns with onions and green chillies for a while.

Third step:
  • After frying onions, green chillies and prawns for a while, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and garlic. And fry all the spices for a while.

Fourth step:
  • After all the spices are fried for a while, I will give the cut gourds. And mix the gourds well with the spices and keep it for 5 minutes.

Fifth step:
  • After five minutes I will give some water. And again shake it well and keep it covered for a while. So that the gourds are well seasoned with the spices.

Sixth step:
  • I will give the amount of water when it is grated. And leave it again with a lid for 5 minutes.

last step :
  • After five minutes when I see that the broth has thickened enough, add coriander leaves and remove from the stove.
