Ripe mango sour sweet amsattva
How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you.I like food chess very much. I like to eat very much. I try new food very much for that. I can cook very little. But now my interest in learning has increased a lot. So now sometimes I also cook. My mother and my sister help me to learn new cooking.
I like all kinds of sweet and sour food. The recipe I am making today is Amsattva. Amsattva is very good for me. And if it is sour or sweet and sour then it doesn't matter.
Today I will share amsattva recipe, sweet and sour amsattva.I learned this Amsattva recipe from my mother. This Amsattva is very tasty to eat. I could not imagine that this recipe will be so good to eat with my hands. The recipe is not very difficult to make but it takes a little time.
So friends, if I make any mistakes, hopefully everyone will look at me with forgiveness and try to explain me
- Mango
- Salt
- Sugar
- First I cut the mangoes into small pieces like this.
- Then I will take the mangoes in a pan and add two cups of water, sugar and salt as needed, and I will put it on the stove on medium heat.
- In this way, after a while, shake it again and again, so that it does not stick.
- At some point they will be completely smooth by stirring. And the extra water should be dried and kept on the stove. Care should be taken not to burn.
- When the extra water dries up, I take it off the stove. And when it cools down, I take it in a sieve.
- Take it in a sieve and squeeze it with the help of a spoon.
- By turning like this, at some point, the mangoes will separate and throw them away. This will make the mango more pleasant to eat.
- Then I will take the mangoes in a big tray and spread them evenly on all four sides and fix them well
- When one side is done, flip the other side over to dry well.
- When it dries well, it will rise nicely like this, no need to do it. You can see that I am pregnant.
