Delicious Small Fish Chachdi Recipe with Potatoes

How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am very fond of food so I love to try any new food. I try to try new foods and make my own. Small Fish Chachadi Recipe is a very tasty recipe. This fish is very beneficial for the body. Because small fishes contain a lot of vitamins.

However, I didn't want to eat this fish when I was a child. But now I like this fish very much. Especially when it is cooked with potatoes, it is better to eat it. I learned this recipe from my mom. It was very tasty to cook my first small fish chowder. Everyone in the house was very appreciative.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • small fish
  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander leaves
First step:
  • First I will put some oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, I will add onions and green chillies. Then I will fry the onions and green chillies for a while.

Second step:
  • After frying onions and green chillies for a while, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic and salt. Fry all the spices well for a while.

Third step:
  • After frying all the spices for a while, add the chopped potatoes. After that, mix well with the spices. Reduce the heat and keep it covered for 5 minutes.

Fourth step:
  • After the potatoes are cooked for a while, I will add the small fish and shake it well and keep it covered for another five minutes.

Fifth step:
  • When the fish and potatoes come out after a while, shake well with the amount of water I will cover again and keep it for a while.

Sixth step:
  • When I see that the potatoes and fish are cooked, I will add the tomatoes

last step :
  • After a while when I see that the broth has thickened I will remove it from the stove with coriander leaves.
