How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am a food lover myself. I love to try new foods. Whenever I come across a new recipe I try to try it out and love to taste food.
So friends, today I have come with your bazaar ki food recipe. The recipe that I have brought today is Pua pitha recipe. I like to eat this pitha very much. I love this pie since my childhood. I learned from my mother my mother learned from my maternal grandfather. Sometimes my mom makes that pie. Especially when it gets a little cold, it is better to eat the pie.
So friends, if I make any mistakes, hopefully everyone will look at me with forgiveness and try to explain me
- Flour
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Salt
- Baking Powder
- Coconut
- Oil
- First I will take a quantity of flour and add three eggs and a quantity of sugar.
- Then add salt to taste.
- Then I will mix all the ingredients well. Then keep it covered for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes I will give one tablespoon of baking powder. And mix well again with all the ingredients.
- After that I will give coconut. Mix all ingredients well with coconut.
- And I will make a thin dough with little amount of water.
- Then I will place a pan on the stove and add oil. And wait till the oils get hot.
- Then I will cut the spoon and give it to the pita like this.
- Then when I see that the pitas have become brown in color, then I will remove the pithas from the oil.
