Delicious recipe of mung dal with fish head

Assalamu Alaikum.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am a food lover myself. I love to try new foods. So my sister, I think, when mom cooks the recipe I try to learn from them. They also help me learn new recipes.

The recipe I came up with today is Muri Ghant with Moong Dal and Fish Head. I like Murighant very much. It is just wonderful to eat mudri ghanta with hot rice and lemon food is my favorite among food.

If you want, you can try this Muri Ghant recipe of mung dal with fish head at home. It is very good to eat.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Mung bean
  • Onions
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander leaves
  • Fish head
First step:
  • First I will fry the dals for a while on medium flame.

Second step:
  • Meanwhile I will wash and clean the fish heads well. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.

Third step:
  • Then add turmeric powder and salt and keep it for 15 minutes.

Fourth step:
  • Then I will oil a frypan and add the fish heads.

Fifth step:
  • Then keep the fish heads in the middle of the stove and fry them well for a while.

Sixth step:
  • Then I will add enough oil in another pot, then when the oil is hot add chopped onions and green chillies. Then fry for a while.

Seventh step:
  • After frying onions and green chillies for a while, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and garlic. Fry all the spices for a while.

Eighth Step:
  • After that I will give fried mugdals. And fry it for a while with the spices.

ninth step :
  • After frying the pulses with the spices for a while, I will give the tomatoes. And the tomatoes will be fried for a while.

tenth step :
  • After that, I will give the amount of water and fried fish heads. I will leave it with a lid.

last step :
  • Then when I see that the dal is cooked and the broth is fairly dry, I remove it from the stove with coriander leaves.
