How I made pakora in clay oven..

First, I start my speech with respect and love for everyone in this community. Hope everyone is well.Cooking is one of my favorite activities. Today I will share how I made one of my favorite food
“pakora”
recipe in clay oven. There will be few people who don't like it. Now let's start my writing without delay.

Here's what I used to make it:
IngredientsQuantity
Chopped cabbage:1/2 quantity
Chopped onion:1 cup
Salt:As per taste
Carrot:1/2 cup
Coriander powder:1 tsp
Garam masala:2 tsp
Flour:2 cups
Chilli flakes:as desired


Method of preparation:


Step One:

First I cut the cabbage in half. Then I chopped half of the cabbage. Similarly, I cut carrot, onion and green pepper. Then I mash the chopped carrots and cabbage with my hands until the water comes out well. I also gave salt. As I did in the picture

When the water of the cabbage has come out, I have mixed the mixture again with chopped onion, garam masala, coriander powder, green chillies one by one. Then I mixed the flour little by little with the mixture as shown in the picture.

After the mixture was made I put the pan in the clay oven and put oil in it, when the oil was hot I made them round and thin one by one and put the mixture in the oil. In this way all the pakoras are put in hot oil.

Step Four:

Then when the pakoras were fried on one side, I flipped the pakoras and fried the pakoras on the other side in the same way.

Last step:

Finally when everything is fried I serve the hot pakoras with tomato sauce and tamarind paste made by me.

আপনার পাকোড়া দেখে মনে হচ্ছে খুবই সুস্বাদু হয়েছে। আপনি গাজর ও বাঁধাকপি দিয়ে পাকোড়া তৈরী করেছেন।আমিও মাঝে মাঝে এই পাকোড়া তৈরী করি। রমজান মাসে এই পাকোড়া ইফতারীতে খুব ভালো লাগে। আপনার জন্য শুকামনা রইলো।
