Maybe this challenge is more special for me as someone who has had a life partner bound by a vow for two decades. From this I invite steemit friends @f2i5, @ridwant, @ngoenyi, @walictd, @zulbahri and @afrizalbinalka to take part in the challenge "SEC-S6W6: About your relationship with your loved one". Previously, I apologize if my post is not pleasing, maybe this is not good for us to talk about here.

1. How do you express love and affection for each other?

Expressing love between spouses is a very important thing in living a household. Everyone has their own way of expressing love, because love is not measured by words, but feelings can measure one's love for one's life partner. Sometimes giving flowers to our life partner, this proves that love is born from a person's conscience without being able to measure it. That is love that is born from the heart and it is very difficult to express how deeply we love our life partner.

2. What are some of your favorite memories together?

We have kept a lot of memories in our two decades of marriage, but I just want to share some of the fondest memories. Because both of you at that time had the status of employees in the same office, we also planned to go on vacation to the tip of the island of Sumatra while enjoying the beauty of nature. This place is one of the places we wanted to visit before the tsunami hit Aceh in 2004. Meanwhile, other memories became memories when we visited the city of Medan, Tebing Tinggi and Lake Toba at one time, which of course is a memory we will never forget when was in a tourist destination which at that time, was entering the new year. Which of course is a place that makes us unable to forget that place.

3. What have you learned from your relationship? How do you handle disagreements?

I have learned many things from my life partner, which of course there are differences in living a household life, so these differences do not make us make it one of the problems that make us disagree.

Mutual communication and of course mutual confidence allows us to find a way out to resolve differences of opinion. By respecting each other between partners, we can solve all problems or differences as well as possible, so that the household we foster can run well until now.

4. What do you do to keep the spark alive in your relationship?

To keep the spark alive in our household relationship, we are looking for a solution together to understand the differences that exist by communicating with each other, because we have other activities outside the home which sometimes makes us have to focus on household life and office activities that make us must understand each other.

For this reason, we always spend time together, especially on weekends by enjoying Saturday night together in a place which of course is the place we agreed to spend time with.

Even now we take the time to go together, where there is an opportunity without having to wait for the weekend, due to fatigue when working in an office with a lot of workload.

5. What are some meaningful ways you use to connect with your partner?

By communicating with each other which makes our lives more meaningful, this may be one of the ways we live this life to make it more beautiful. Another thing we do is work on tasks together, both tasks that are usually carried out by the wife and by me as the head of the family. Which of course is one of the ways that we do so that everything becomes more meaningful.

Sometimes going on vacation together with family members, we do that togetherness is one way that needs to be taken to make life more meaningful.

6. How do you keep communication open and honest?

Good communication and honesty are the main things that need to be considered in life with our partners. Starting with being open to each other and of course always having good communication in all things, this is the main capital in this life.

In addition, honesty also plays a role in a household life, this will be established if we trust each other and are open in all things. This is the main capital that is very important for us in running a household. Because if this is not there, of course honest and open communication will not happen.
