Weekly Report as Steem For Bangladesh Curator - Period September 29 to October 05, 2022

Hello Everyone,

How are you all? I hope everyone is well. In order to support all the users of Steem For Bangladesh community, we are constantly following all the rules of the Steem team. We are voting from all our users by community account @steem4bangladesh constantly. We believe that our users who are working in our community should be supported from the community account, which is why we are constantly encouraging them with support to work in the community and to always be active on this platform.

I am an admin and curator of this community and I am always trying to fulfill my responsibility by providing support to everyone from the community account. I think this will increase the number of members in our community and everyone will make good quality posts following all the rules and help move this platform forward.

130 upvotes have been given to 35 users from the community account in the last one week. Both of us admins have contributed. We are trying to support every member properly from the community account. And especially those who are involved with the Steemit project, those who are constantly increasing engagement, new members, and any club (5050,75 or 100) involved we are trying to support everyone from our community account.

We are trying to support everyone who is constantly posting in the Steem For Bangladesh community. Our moderators and admins are constantly checking everyone's posts and encouraging everyone to post well through some reviews.
We also send them a message when supporting from the community account where we ask them to post well and stay with the community.

Free delegation project week-4 is running. I did a 200 steem delegation to @monirm last week. I am trying to keep this project running.

Last week we created weekly report posts of people in the community who get Booming supports. We made a post originally planned to make a post about it.

Our community mod @mostofajaman has organized a contest in the community where everyone is asked to write about their educational life memories which is an awesome contest.

We plan to award one best user every week to increase engagement in the community. We have released in the form of a contest and every week on Friday we will announce the result and award someone.

We have added two new moderators to our community. To introduce them, our community admin @ripon0630 has created a post with information on each admin panel user.

I have created a post to make users aware of plagiarism. Where I have given them some important information about plagiarism and shared some links so that they can use them properly to stay away from plagiarism.

Besides, the results of all the contests organized in the community last week were announced this week and every winner was awarded.
