Steemgrowth online meeting month of January, 2024 was a huge success.

Three days ago I made an announcement to organize a meeting in the community Monthly online meeting - Monday at 9pm, 22 January 2024 || Topic - [Free delegation, burnsteem25, SEC-15, Power up, AI content, Steem Promotion etc]. Yesterday Monday night 9 PM we all attended that meeting. It was a wonderful time for us. About more than 35 of us users gathered in an online meeting where we discussed some important things from the admin panel and took some suggestions from the users to move the STEEMIT forward.
That's why I thank everyone who attended the online meeting. Also, to those who could not attend, you must read this post carefully, then you will know everything that happened in our last night onine meeting.

Engagement Challenge Season 15 is running. We'll try to give them some guidance on that.
We will talk about steemit promotion in social media and the real life.
We will talk about AI content.
Free Delegation services.
We will talk about the increased Steem power.
Give some guidance to users to hold any one of the clubs (5050, 75, 100).
We will talk about Steem For Bangladesh community progress.
We will discuss important issues regarding the quality of users' posts and comments.
We will discuss some key points to increase engagement in the community.

First we start our meeting with recitation from the Holy Quran. Then I started discussing the topics I mentioned. First I talked about the most important topic burnsteem and encouraged everyone to support this project especially trying to teach newbies.
Then we tried to give various guidelines regarding the engagement challenge so that everyone can participate in this challenge properly and gave us guidance that everyone should participate in every contest and everyone should maintain their engagements.
Then I told them how they can share copyright free images and we warned everyone to be careful about artificial intelligence so that no one uses it to create posts.
Then moved on to free delegation which I will relaunch for those new users who are unable to work due to too many actives and low power. I told everyone who is interested in this matter to contact me and I will definitely support them.
After that we tried to make everyone aware of other things and we tried to tell everyone about this so that everyone stays active and increases their power.
Then we moved to the Q&A section where many users who are newbies asked us various questions. Then we all tried to answer those questions there and discussed them more.
Then we moved to the entertainment phase where a total of 8 people participated in the entertainment phase who performed various things including songs and poetry which was really amazing.
So we tried to give everyone a little gift from our community.

I always try to attend weekly and monthly meetings and was present at yesterday's Steam Growth meeting. I can learn the unknowns of my steam relationship and improve my skills by correcting my mistakes. Such meetings are always beneficial for us. Thank you @msharif for hosting such a meeting.
I always try to attend these meetings, I'm not just for entertainment, I try to be here to improve my progress and work skills on this platform. But I also enjoy listening to entertainment Anyway your initiative is very good, it gives a lot of good education to every member, keep it up.
Weekly and monthly meetings are really important for us. First of all I would like to thank our steem4bangladash community admins and moderators. Through organized meetings we learn about many unknown topics. And for our work we learn various unknown topics from you through your organized meetings. I myself was involved in the last meeting and got to know about some unknown topics and participated in the entertainment. And recited a poem myself. The last monthly meeting was very good.
Steemgrowth online meeting was organized by Steem for the Bangladesh community this week and I enjoyed participating in it, especially the whole meeting was full of entertainment. Our admin @msharif brother himself arranged the meeting for us from far away, we also had another admin brother @ripon0630 and all the moderators were present and they all gave some instructive advice from which we could learn more.
Our mistakes and newcomers are discussed where we are having problems.
This meeting every month plays a very important role for our steem growth. I wish this community success day by day.
Monthly meeting of "Steem For Bangladesh" community arranged by our honourable admin panel and moderator really inspire us a lot do more in this Steemit platform. We all the 35 users joined this meeting and get lots of suggestions from the community. Normally, Steemit meeting is always mind-blowing but eye-opener. The reason is that the user tend to learn new things. Talking about issues line burnsteem25, club status, different guidelines etc is the basic things newbies and existing users should have. In general, congratulations for the successful meeting.
