How are you all Steem For Bangladesh friends!!
Three days ago I made an announcement to organize a meeting in the community. Yesterday Friday night 9 PM we all attended that meeting. It was a wonderful time for us. About 17 of us users gathered in an online meeting where we discussed some important things from the admin panel and took some suggestions from the users to move the community forward.
That's why I thank everyone who attended the online meeting. Also, to those who could not attend, you must read this post carefully, then you will know everything that happened in our meeting.

Since we have been selected for the engagement challenge for the first time. So we will try to give some guidelines to our Bangladeshi users in this regard.
We will discuss important issues regarding the quality of users' posts and comments.
Currently, the price of Steem is very low. So we will give some guidelines to our users in this regard so that they do not give power down in any way.
We will talk about the increased steem power.
We will discuss some key points to increase engagement in the community.
Answer & Question part
First I welcomed everyone and talked about the topics specified earlier. I have talked about each of the above issues separately.
I encouraged every user to participate in the engagement challenge. And told everyone that for the first time we have got an opportunity to run an engagement contest in our community, and everyone should use this opportunity properly. Let everyone increase their activity. Besides, I and another admin @ripon0630, tried to tell them how to participate in the engagement challenge and how to comment.
We have tried to explain to all users that since the price of Steem is very low at present, not everyone should be afraid of it. Let everyone patiently increase their steem power and stay with this platform. All of us in the admin panel have tried to explain these things to them.
After I spoke, another of our admins @ripon0630, spoke on important issues. Advised everyone to increase power. Everyone talked about more important things like increasing their activities and always following the Steemit team.
Then our community moderators @mostofajaman and @solaymann tried to encourage everyone to increase the quality of the posts. They give some pointers on how to create a good post. And they have given some directions on how to move forward if active.
After everything, I said some more to everyone and asked everyone to participate in various contests and move forward from regular active to this platform. Then after all of our admin panel finished speaking we moved on to listen to the seniors users.
We have many senior users in our community and we asked them to share their experiences. Among the senior users @radoan, @rabibulhasan71, and @joynalabedinand they gave us some good guidance and encouraged the newbies to do well.
Answer & Question part: Many users asked different questions in the question and answer session. Many people want to know how to delegate. How to post well-using markdown, many others have given many suggestions and many more. Then we tried to answer all the questions separately. And I was able to explain everything nicely to everyone. After everything was done we called the online meeting over for about an hour and 40 minutes.
Finally, I would like to say to all Bangladeshi users that you must try to attend the next Steemgrowth online meeting . We will discuss important issues. I would like to thank everyone and end up here like today.
@msharif, brother thank you so much for arranging yesterday's meeting. Yesterday's meeting was very important and learning meeting for me. I was unaware of many things. You and @ripon0630, @solaymann, @mostofajaman brother and other brothers guide us on many topic. You all explained everything very simply, fluently and beautifully. Yesterday gave an idea about how to grow on this platform. I will try to follow them.

The community is progressing very nicely with your immense efforts. I feel proud to work with you. I feel newbies can learn a lot by organizing hangout meetings. Because newbies asked questions yesterday and the two admins answered them very nicely. Anyone can become a successful blogger if they work in this way.

Thank you so much for organizing yesterday's meeting. Some nice speeches by admins and moderators are really appreciated. However, with everyone's efforts and love, the community is moving forward little by little, it's been a great time for every user in our community. Sometimes these short meetings will bridge the knowledge gap of our newbies. We hope, very soon this community will gain more popularity and everyone will recognize it as the only community in Bangladesh. Good luck team Steem For Bangladesh 😊❤️
Steemgrowth online meeting Bangladesh was a great success! The turnout was amazing and the discussions were very productive. We are very excited about the future of Steemgrowth in Bangladesh and we are looking forward to continuing to grow and support the Steem community in Bangladesh.
I am very happy and encouraged to participate in this meeting. Also I got to know and learn a lot by participating in the meeting. I especially thank our experienced admins and moderators of this community. They guided us very well and explained various things. They explained very nicely in answering our various questions. I learned a lot from this meeting.
