Oh dear, there is no doubt that everything in the universe whether it is weather or anything else is created by Allah Almighty, so you told about your country that there are two seasons in your country but You don't like them because it is right for you too that due to rains our daily life is affected to a great extent, we also get bored because we are not able to survive in the business world. We are not getting such an environment either due to rain or frost.
